a minor update of Google’s collaboration services for domain-owners allows domain-managers to setup an integrated startpage for users throughout the whole organisation. startpages include widgets for Google Mail & Calendar, customized RSS-feeds as well as any number of Google Gadgets. while I couldn’t check the new feature myself (upgrade probably still rolling out), this sounds a lot like http://www.google.com/ig, Google’s existing personalized startpage.
