Shozu: stop the captcha madness!
Posted on | June 27, 2007 | 2 Comments
every time I’m trying to register their application for use on a new phone, Shozu forces me into solving ridiculous riddles like this one…please stop the captcha-madness!

still, Shozu is the most excellent tool for mobile photo-blogging, allowing to post pics & videos with a single push of a button to various destinations like flickr, blip.tv or YouTube. and after mastering their exercise in captcha, my Nokia N80 is ready to shoot again

hehe I see you love our captcha
In all honesty, we were actually getting bombarded by a hacker who was reading our old captcha and generating thousands of new accounts. This had the potential to really slow our live service down so we built a complicated one which saved us from having any sort of outages. It may be a little tricky at first, but we think it’s worth it to keep a smooth and reliable service.
Thanks for your positive comments, glad you enjoy our app!

I see your point. the captcha is certainly preferred over outages of the site…
